New Project

Hi all.  I worked on this ZIA for 4 days and finally finished it on Friday.  It was a lot of work and was the hardest one I have done, yet.  I am pretty happy with the way it turned out.  Hope you like it...

Mica Parrot

Hi all.  I wanted to share with you a ZIA (Zentangle® Inspired Art) that I just finished.  I originally did the parrot in black & white but later, decided to put some color into it.  I figured that I would get a great affect using mica powders.  I have so many colors that I will never use up!  Unfortunately, you can't really see the shimmer from the powders, but it still looks colorful and pretty.  Hope you like it!  Please leave me a message and let me know.  I just LOVE hearing from you!

Hi again.  Today, I am going to upload some more of my Zentangle® work.  

This is one of my earlier pieces.  Notice there is no shading!
Didn't know how to shade until I took my first class!

 This was done with a brass stencil.  I gave it to a friend who really liked it!  Love the look of the Oriental umbrella.

One of my first attempts at doing a white on black.  Did not do any shading.  

Didn't know how at that point!

I loved this digital owl image...perfect for tangling!

I put this one on a greeting card.
